The Atherton Tablelands also known as the
Cairns Highlands is but a one hours drive
west of
Cairns
or
Port Douglas. A mountainous plain, nestled
between the Bellenden Ker Range and the
Great Dividing Range with an altitude
ranging from 600m to 1100m the air is fresh,
the flora is green and lush.
Every bit as special as the coastal strip of
the tropical north, the Atherton Tablelands

Atherton Tablelands are home to World
Heritage listed rainforests, national parks,
mountains, rivers, lakes and waterfalls. It

plains in Australia.
